Explosion Proof Wash Systems
We offer cold water and hot water (all electric) explosion proof wash systems for manufacturing and industrial applications.
CSA Approved Class 1 Division 1 Group C, D
All units are built with open steel frame construction, mounting feet, and lifting eyes. Frames, pump modules, and heater cases come standard powder coat painted. Galvanized frames, and or stainless steel heater and pump module cases are available.
Low water supply automatic shut off available.
Pumps modules come with auto start/stop trigger gun controlled.
Automatic high temperature shut down pump protection; thermo probe controlled.
Stainless steel heating coils and thermostat temperature controls are standard on all hot water units.
Down stream chemical injection standard, controlled with a variable pressure wand or twist dump nozzle head. This allows for detergents and or sanitizer to be turned on and off by the operator at trigger gun.
